Right of withdrawal

For orders from the store you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last of these goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of the following information:
First and last name, your full address and, if available, your telephone number or your fax number if you have one and your e-mail address your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory. In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received for your order, including delivery charges (with the exception of your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive method of standard delivery that we offer without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to effect such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first. You must return or deliver to QUANTIC NANOTECH S.L. c/Vidrieros 9 Parque Empresarial Prado del Espino, Boadilla del Monte 28660 Madrid, Spain, if applicable, from the person authorized by you to receive the goods, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract .The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired. [You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.] You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
